Simple Earphone Holder with Cards

I'm sure that everyone at a point gets really pissed because of their earphones getting tangled. It's a very frustrating thing to happen and this is one of the reason everyone avoids keeping the earphones in their pockets.

In this recreative hobby, I'm gonna show you a simple DIY Hack, which acts as an earphone holder and keeps them from getting tangled.

So let's get started !!

Step 1: The Inventory

For this cool DIY hack, you'll need to find the following items in your inventory:

• Playing Cards
• Scissors
• Glue
• Paper Punch

Step 2: Glue the Cards

A standard playing card may not be stiff enough to act as a card holder. So the first step is the stiffen the card by sticking two cards together with the help of some paper glue.

Stick it with the card numbers facing outwards. This gives a nice look to the holder if the design on the other side of the card looks boring.

Step 3: Make Way for the Earpiece

After the glue dries and the cards are stuck properly, you'll need to make a few holes for the earpieces.

First make two holes almost near the top of the card. Now you need to cut a slit from the center of the holes to the top of the card to allow the earpieces to slide in from the top into the holes. Use a pair of scissors to cut these slits.

Refer the pictures for a better understanding on how to make the holes.

Step 4: Cut Out the Groves

After you have holes for the earpieces cut out, you'll need to make some groves to for the wires to wrap around.

Draw the shape of the groves using a marker on the cards and then cut it out along the reference lines using a pair of scissors.

Step 5: Place the Earphones

Now you're done with this simple earphones holder. All you have to do is slide in the earpieces into the holes through the slits. Next roll the wire along the groves till the end.

With this simple Earphones holder, say goodbye to those tangles earphones which can drive you crazy.
